When Should You Use Anti-Aging Products?
In fact, you might and should start using these products as early as your 20s.
In other words, its not that anti-aging products will completely prevent you from looking a day over 18.
Here are some non-negotiable products to include in your regimen.
Retinoids
Retinoids are a class of anti-aging products that include over-the-counter retinol and prescription retinoic acid.
it’s possible for you to begin with a milder strength and increase it as you get older.
Always listen to your skin, as retinoids can be irritating.
Exfoliants
Over time, our skins cell turnover rate slows down.
This leads to the accumulation of dead skin cells on our skins surface, which can lead to dullness.
Niacinamide
Sunscreen is your best defense against dark spots.
However, if you notice them cropping up then incorporate niacinamide into your regimen to help minimize their appearance.
Also known as vitamin B3, this ingredient can help lighten discoloration and even boost moisture levels.
And remember, its never too late to begin an anti-aging routine.
