Youre meant to shake the perfume bottle before software to mix up both layers.

The bottom is tapered, so it wont sit upright on a vanity but instead lays flat.
Inside you might see the swirling bi-phase formula; the oils catch the light and sparkle a bit.
Once shaken, it turns into a creamy color and is ready to apply.
The payoff is great, as well.
