Choosing favorites wasn’t easy!
Choosing my 10 favorite was a nearly impossible task.
That said, I don’t shrink from a difficult task!

The recipes on this list are the ones I have prepared multiple times for my family and friends.
Of course, they reflect my tastesI obviously have a sweet tooth and like some spice in my food.
But I feel confident that they’re crowd-pleasers, and I hope you find some favorites here too.

Winter Citrus Pavlova

Simply put, this dessert is a showstopper.
It’s not a one-bowl affair; it requires some time.
The patties are extravagantly seasoned with shallot, cilantro, sriracha, and garlic.

You start with cold butter, so there’s no need to wait for it to soften.
While the recipe calls to bake them up huge, you could make them whatever size you want.
Just keep an eye on them in the oven so they don’t over bake.

Use whichever pasta shape you want; rigatoni works beautifully.
A splash of pomegranate juice adds a bit of tart.
It’s super easy.

Start by mixingground beefwith a packet of taco seasoning.
Spread the mixture into a thin patty on top of a flour tortilla.
Cook until crisp on both sides, fold like a taco, and top.

It’s an unequivocal winner.
Cranberry Ricotta Cake
There is so much to love about this pretty, fruit-studded cake.
First, there’s no mixer required.

Second, it’s deliciously tender thanks to ricotta in the batter.
Fourth, it’s flexible; use fresh or frozen raspberries or blueberries instead of cranberries.
You save lots of time by starting with store-bought chocolate chip cookie dough.

Bake it into little cups and fill it with a mixture of whipped cream, ricotta, and lemon.
It’s like a chocolate chip cookie and a cannoli had a delicious baby.
