Camu camu may be able to kill harmful bacteria in your system.

Antimicrobials are used to treat infections by stopping the growth of microorganisms, such as viruses and bacteria.

The research indicated that the peel and seeds of camu camu can be used for medicinal purposes.

It can be found in pill and powder form at most grocery stores.

you could also buy camu camu in a juice form, but it may be hard to find.

This tart antioxidant becomes more palatable when mixed into foods and drinks you’ll already eat.
