This cranberry sauce recipe elevates anything it touches and deserves a spot on the menu.
Keep in mind that the cranberry sauce continues to thicken as it cools.
For a looser sauce, cook for less time and remove from the heat while its still saucy.
For a thicker sauce with a gelled texture, cook it an extra couple of minutes.
(Mixture will continue to thicken as it cools, so err on the side of sauciness.)
Serve warm or at room temperature.
