Support
Backless bras can actually provide a surprising level of support, depending on their structure.
Smaller busts, therefore, will probably be more comfortable in sticky bras than larger busts will.
When possible, try multiple styles to see what fits you best.

Front visibility is mostly about looking for ridges along the edge where the cup meets the skin.
As far as back visibility goes, Irvine notes that some backless bras arent 100% backless.
