This shimmery bourbon and Prosecco cocktail gets a fruity kick thanks to pineapple liqueur.
The cocktail is shaken until chilled, poured into a rocks glass, and topped off with Prosecco.
But what makes this drink extra special is the pinch of edible glitter in the glass.

It makes this beautiful cocktail gleam like gold, and its guaranteed to elicit ooh’s and aah’s.
Use a vegetable peeler to remove a wide strip from the lemon.
A Y-peeler is a great tool for this.
Ingredients
1oz.
(1 1/2 Tbsp.)
pineappleliqueur(such as Fruitful)
3/4oz.
(1 1/2 Tbsp.)
Shake until chilled and combined.
Adda couple of pinches of edible glitter (if desired) to a rocks glass.
Pour contents of shaker, including ice, into glass.
Top with Prosecco and garnish with lemon peel.
Honey Syrup
Stir together 1/4 cup honey and 2 Tbsp.
water in a small pot over medium.
Stir until honey and water are combined.
Makes about 1/4 cup.
Refrigerate for up to 7 days.
