A taco seasoning packet gives ground beef max flavor with practically zero fuss.
If you have agriddle, this is a great opportunity to use it.

Ingredients
1/3cupmayonnaise
1Tbsp.finely chopped fresh cilantro, plus leaves for garnish
1/2tsp.lime zest plus 1/4 tsp.
fresh juice (from 1 lime)
1clovegarlic, grated (about 1/2 tsp.)
Divide beef mixture into 4 equal portions.
Press each portion into a thin patty over1 tortilla, getting close to edges.
Cook the tacos:
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high.
Flip; cook until tortilla is crisp, 1 to 2 minutes.
(Adjust heat as needed to prevent overbrowning.)
Repeat with remaining 3 tortillas, wiping skillet clean as needed.
Top and serve the tacos:
Top patties with avocado and pico de gallo.
Drizzle with mayonnaise mixture and garnish with cilantro leaves.
Fold tortillas in half like tacos.
Serve immediately with any extra mayonnaise mixture.
