Ingredients
6cupslow-sodium chicken broth
4boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lb.)
cans black beans, drained and rinsed
115-oz.
Cover and cook on low until chicken is very tender, 6 to 8 hours.
Remove chicken and, using 2 forks, shred into bite-size pieces.
