This Manhattan puts sweet vermouth ahead of bourbon and is enhanced with a touch of pomegranate juice.
It also makes for a less boozy and less bourbon-forward cocktail.
This cocktail can be stirred instead of shaken if desired.

Shaking adds air and water, diluting the cocktail for a lighter libation.
Ingredients
4Tbsp.
)sweet vermouth
2Tbsp.
Cover and shake until cold, about 10 seconds.
Strain into a coupe or other stemmed glass.
Make Ahead:This is a good recipe to pre-batch.
Stir to combine and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
Stir again before serving.
