Try this twist on the French 75 cocktail straight from the Plaza Hotel in New York City.
The recipe makes a big batch, so it’s perfect for entertaining.
Topped off with rose Champagne or sparkling wine and its a fizzy cocktail thats both lively and special.

A tropical tea with a deep, vibrant hue is ideal for this cocktail.
Tazo Passion is a widely available option, but any hibiscus-based tea will do the trick.
Ingredients
8 oz.
(1cup)gin
4oz.
(1/2 cup) freshlemon juice(from 4 lemons)
4oz.
Refrigerate until cold, at least 4 hours and up to 1 day.
Transfer punch to a serving pitcher or punch bowl.
Garnish with strawberries and lemon wheels, if desired.
Simmer, stirring, until sugar dissolves, about 1 minute.
Makes about 1/2 cup.
Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
