Chickpea "Cookie Dough" Bites
Whole-grain dessert bites you might feel good about. This recipe was developed by Anna Theoktisto. Ingredients 1 12cupsuncooked old-fashioned regular rolled oats 12cuppecan halves 1(15 1/2-oz.) Photo: Victor Protasio Transfer to a large bowl, and roll into 22 balls (about 112 tablespoons each). Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 week.
