This flavor-packed grilled cheese sandwich is inspired by a beloved New Orleans specialty.
Stir together olive salad and remaining 1 tablespoon lemon juice in a small bowl.
Spread butter on 1 side of each bread slice.

Place slices, buttered side down, on a work surface.
Top with remaining 4 bread slices, buttered side up.
Place 2 sandwiches in a large nonstick skillet.
Cook over medium until cheese has melted and bread is golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Repeat with remaining 2 sandwiches.
Toss lettuce with dressing until coated.
