It’s also a great option if you want tobake bread without yeast.
Add the raisins and caraway and mix to combine.
Add the buttermilk and mix just until the dough comes together but is still slightly shaggy.
Shape the dough into a 7-inch round, about 112 inches thick.
Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and score a large X in the top, about 34 inch deep.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
