Considerations Before You Begin

Hand washingis the best way to clean cashmere and will be the focus of this article.
However, you could machine-wash cashmere sweaters.
Air dry the cashmere on a flat drying rack or absorbent towel.
Let it work for 10 to 15 minutes before washing the garment.
They have special cleaners that can usually remove the problem.
Gently swish it through the water and then let it soak for 15 to 30 minutes.
Support it well while you drain and refill the sink with clean, cool water.
Submerge the cashmere and swish to rinse.
Gently squeeze out the excess water.
