The star shares how she silences that naysayer inside her headand you could steal her methods.
And that it would have anything negative to say.
But shes human, after all, and almost every human seems to have one.

Theyre just like us!)
We recently caught up with Shields for aphotoshoot and interviewand we had lots of questions for her.
), her love language (silence is golden!
), and more.
We were excited to ask her if shes been able to override her inner critic with an inner cheerleader.
But Im finding a sense of humor about myself.
And its not just self-deprecation, which used to be my source of humor.
And thats dangerous, she adds.
Shields says shes stopped doing that and now, I walk into rooms bigger than I used to.
Theres something empowering about that.
You really have to learn early to love yourself.
No one can do it for you, she says.
And if you search for that outside yourself, its a bit impoverished for you.
And its so hard to do.
If thats starting to sound like a lonely journey, its not.
Shields actually shows herself some love by spending time with others.
