Fire up the grill for this juicy sausage hoagie recipe that has summertime written all over it.
Let the salsa hang out to develop its flavor as the sausages grill.
Choose any sausage you like, from Italian to bratwurst to chicken to vegan.

(If using vegan or already cooked sausage, grill according to package directions.)
Grill and serve in toasted hoagie buns spread with a sriracha-spiked mayonnaise.

Ingredients
2mangoes, peeled, pitted, and cut into 12-in.
Stir together mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl.
Preheat grill to medium (350F to 400F) on 1 side.
Keep other side unlit.
Place sausages on unlit side of grill.
Grill, covered, until firm, about 8 minutes.
Transfer sausages to lit side of grill.
Grill, uncovered, turning occasionally, until charred in spots and cooked through, 5 to 8 minutes.
Transfer to a plate.
Place hoagie rolls, split side down, on lit side of grill.
Grill, uncovered, until toasted and golden, 1 to 2 minutes.
Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over split sides of toasted rolls.
Add sausages and top with mango salsa and cilantro.
