Line large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place salmon, skin side down, on parchment.
Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Stir in garlic and 1/4 cup parsley.
Spoonsauce over salmon, coating all exposed sides.
Letstand on baking sheet for 5 minutes.
Top with lemon zest, remaining 2 tablespoons parsley, and flaky sea salt.
