Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Generously coat a 2-quart baking dish with butter and dust with 1 tablespoon sugar.

Add flour and salt and pulse until well combined, about 15 pulses.
Spoon batter into prepared baking dish.
Arrange berries and cherries over batter.
Bake until custard is puffed and just set in center, about 45 minutes.
Remove from oven; let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
