However, there are some things to keep in mind if you want to freeze a whole bird.
For starters, we dont recommend freezing a chicken thats still hot or even warm.
Just check that that the chicken is headed to the freezer within two hours.
Can You Freeze Shredded Rotisserie Chicken?
Freezing shredded rotisserie chicken is an excellent choice if youve got plenty of leftovers.
Then, place the chicken meat in a bowl and shred it with ahand mixer.
Freeze them separately so you might make an extra flavorfulchicken stock.
