Ahead, learn when you could eat mango skin and get a few ideas on how to eat it.

Add a sprinkle of paprika or tajin to the peels before baking.

Add lemon rinds or a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the bowl for a little extra flavor.

Simply toss mango peels into a pot of boiling water, allowing them to boil for about seven minutes.

Add other ingredients to the boiling pot, like fresh ginger or cinnamon sticks, for extra flavor.

Strain the liquid into a mug and add in honey or lemon juice to taste.
