An unsung hero takes this quick broccolini side dish to a whole new level of flavor.
What knocks it out of the park is an almond-parsley mixture.
But its not just good ol almondsitssmokedalmonds.

This one simple ingredient transforms this straightforward dish in an instant.
The mixture is zesty and herby, similar to gremolata, and lets the broccolini shine.
If youre a fan of versatility, youll love the zesty almond-parsley mixture even more.
Try it on a medley of roasted vegetables or just roasted cauliflower or broccoli.
Or give it a go on spring vegetables like asparagus, sugar snap peas, or green beans.
