Here are eight essential cleaning supplies it’s possible for you to find at Dollar Tree.
Distilled Vinegar
Think of distilledvinegaras natures multipurpose cleaner.
I typically use white distilled vinegar to clean, but apple cider can work too.
Distilled vinegar can also be used in the laundry on those extra stinky gym clothes and kids' clothes.
Just pour it into the fabric softener cup prior to beginning the load.
Baking soda is great for scrubbing away tough stains and deodorizing, says Murphy.
Its gentle enough to use on all types of surfaces but powerful enough to get the job done.
Lemon Juice
Did you know that lemon juice is a natural bleach alternative?
According to Murphy, it brightens whites and deodorizes your laundry.
But those arent the only things lemon juice can do.
While you probably use it to clean your teeth, thats not the only thing toothpaste is good for.
Its mild abrasiveness makes it perfect for tackling hard water spots and limescale without damaging the surfaces.
Plus, its great for a quick shine on stainless steel.
Best of all, theyre more powerful, eco-friendly, and ultimately cheaper than paper towels.
These are excellent for wiping down surfaces without using chemicals," Murphy says.
“They trap dust and dirt, making them perfect for cleaning windows, countertops, and dusting.
Melamine scrubbing pads can be true miracle workers in times of dirt distress.
You never know when youll need to use them.
So, while youre at your local Dollar Tree, throw at least one or two in your cart.
Bleach
It never hurts to have some extra bleach on hand.
