With long lines and endless orders to fill, theres always more to do.
And since baristas work with the public, they may have some unpleasant encounters with demanding or frustrating customers.
If you want extra ice orwhipped cream, be sure to mention it at the order point.
Coffee shops have long menus, oftentimes with their own special lingo.
If you cant, aim to keep your order as simple as possible.
A coffee shop sees hundreds of customers each daythats a lot of faces.
